Our Philosophy
front-door.jpg

A journey defined by craftsmanship, transparency, and a shared vision. At Kenowa Builders, we believe the process of creating a custom home should be as rewarding as the day you walk through the front door. We combine multi-generational expertise with modern building science to ensure every step—from the initial sketch to the final walk-through—is managed with absolute precision and care.

Custom Design

Phase 01: Design

We schedule a time to meet in person to get acquainted. We work closely with architects and designers to bring your vision to life, from start to finish. We also have an in-house interior design team so we can work with you from start to finish.

Collaborative Planning

Phase 02: Plan

We discuss design and cost implications for your project. Then our team provides a detailed estimate and building process timeline for your total cost of new home or renovation.  Our commitment is to build above typical standards, focusing on top level workmanship and energy efficiency.

Refined Craftsmanship

Phase 03: Build

Our interior design team is connected with you during every step of the process. And once your project starts, our carpenters excel in detailed custom projects with their expert craftsmanship. Professional project management, cleanliness, and regular communication are trademarks of our construction process.

Built to Last Generations

Handover is just the beginning of your story in a Kenowa home. Our rigorous final inspection ensures every cabinet closure, every mitered joint, and every system meets our generational standards of excellence. We walk through every detail with you, ensuring you are fully equipped to enjoy your new custom space from the moment you turn the key.
